Buy a qualifying machine and one of our educators comes to your home to set it up and teach you to use it. Usually a few hours, sometimes a full day. Included, not an add-on.
We Come To You
Anywhere in Nebraska, and well beyond it. Past about 200 miles we'll talk about sharing travel cost, but there's no hard line and no state border we won't cross.
Any Machine, Any Price
In-store education is open to anyone, whatever you own and wherever you bought it. We'd rather you learn to use your machine than replace it because it frustrated you.
And When It Does Need Work
Ship it to us and we'll email you a discounted label. Bring it in and talk it through in person. Or we'll come to you for a small service fee. Most repairs done in 5-10 days — and if we need a part from the manufacturer, we'll tell you up front.
